Skyrim title screen - Little blocks instead of letters

Hello,

This is my first time posting here, so forgive me in advance if I am doing anything wrong :wink:.

The issue I am having is that I am unable to play the game, and cannot interact with it whatsoever once the game loads. The title screen shows, the music plays, and the fog starts rolling in, but rather then showing "Continue" or any of the other choices, blocks show up in their place. There is no crash at any point; I am just unable to interact with it, and have to use Task Manager to exit the game. I have already tried disabling all mods via NMM, and still have been unable to start it.

I have four pictures here...first one is my mod list, second is my title screen, third of my Skyrim files (the top level, that is), and 4th is in my Data folder. If anyone needs more to help me solve this issue, please let me know.
