Ghoul Race with dynamic dialouge

I want a ghoul race with customizable face and dialouge that acknowledges you a ghoul. Like when your father sees your gene projection he says something along the lines of: "No, this can't be right, this thing must be messed up. hmmm." Anyway. So yeah.

The dialogue overhaul would be much harder and involve tonnes of work. If anyone was interested in doing it the best way would be to add a perk for ghoulification then add dialogue options to certain NPCs like black widow perk or lady killer does. You could even just use vanilla responses so you don't need to add voicing, lip-sync etc or break immersion by having no audio. If you learn dialogue it would and perks which are not too confusing it would actually be quite easy for a new modder with some time on their hands.
