cannot fet crosshairs to mod

i could use a guide to lead me through modding my crosshairs . the one i want is the radiation symbol simply named crosshair but i would be happy with any new crosshair ... please help

Tell me exactly what you are doing without looking at the PM I sent you including the pathways to the directories that you are changing stuff.

 

I may be able to see a step or something that you're missing as that step by step I sent you should have worked.

 

BTW, using Vista can cause problems.

BTW, using Vista can cause problems.

i dropped the mod in the data file in the main FO3 data filder and changed the line in fallout.ini from "set bInvalidateOlderFiles=0" to "set bInvalidateOlderFiles=1" ... BTW i am useing vista ultimate 64 and the offical patch

You haven't said that you did the ArchiveInvalidation. Did you do that?
