I may be able to see a step or something that you're missing as that step by step I sent you should have worked. BTW, using Vista can cause problems. BTW, using Vista can cause problems. i dropped the mod in the data file in the main FO3 data filder and changed the line in fallout.ini from "set bInvalidateOlderFiles=0" to "set bInvalidateOlderFiles=1" ...
