Kreegg Posted March 23, 2013 Share Posted March 23, 2013 I've done the whole level 80 grind and now I want to make a new character but I'm too lazy to do the grinding yet again. Therefore, I need a mod that allows me to allocate perks as fast as I can get them to where I want them.
