SSE CTD after selecting new game

Hello, I have been having a lot of issues with my crashing once I click start a new game, and crashes around 10 seconds after when loading. I have 371 plugins enabled and have used SSEEdit with the RAB Mator Splitter, and have created multiple smashed patches and hoped it would fix any conflicts but did not. I do not know if it any of the patches that I have enabled that is the culprit of crashes, but please any suggestions that you have please let me know.

 

Disregard the SmashSplitQL0 - 2, those are not enabled. only smashed are.

 

Edit:

In the SKSE64.txt file it seems as if it stopped at

Reading translations from Interface\Translations\Complete Alchemy & Cooking Overhaul_ENGLISH.txt...

Then said sending message type x to plugin y around 18 times.

I'm no authority on modding but damn, man. You're asking why're you crashing with 371 plugins? I'm pretty sure wrye outright tells you it's not taking responsibility for more than 256 or something, because of some hardcoded limitations of listing them, I think it's about the mod order number (2 hexadecimal signs= 256 possible positions. dunno tho)
