A map set in China!

Make a map mod for Fallout 4 that will add a new area similar to Far Harbour. My idea is for the Map to be in Nanjing, China, where you have to travel to stop the new Communist regime of China to unleash a bio weapon on the US. The map should feature a Chinese equivalent of the Enclave, it should also feature various Turkic tribes like the Uyghurs, Sibirian tatars, Yakuts etc and will a faction of Japanese that will also have power Armour inspired by the Samurais. You will also encounter some kind of mutant creatures that the Chinese created using stolen organs from Uyghurs and other people and you might occasionally get quests to defend certain settlements from organ harvesters from the regime. The final quest should be a battle that i would call "The Nanjing purge" where you have to unite the Turkic tribes into the "Turan Union" and get the help of the Japanese to put an end to the schemes of the Communists and purge Nanjing from the Chinese.
