Cheat idea : edit weapon speed / haste rune

I dislike slow weapons. Which means I disregard many cool weapons because if find them too slow.

And the haste runes are too weak to do the job.

 

Wouldn't it be cool if we could increase the speed of those "too slow" weapons? Either by editing the weapon speed attribute, or by increasing the bonus given by haste runes?
