CodenameGlitter
I AM ON SSE I posted here too because more people and I don't think I need SSE specific help No matter what I do- reduce all the effects, outright disable some of them, disabling or enabling V-Sync or AA, none of it prevents micro stuttering and random huge frame drops from 45 to 20. I have a laptop with i7-9750H (undervolted, doesn't get hot) and an overclocked RTX 2060 (170 core +300 memory) which doesn't bother me in other games. List of ENBs I tried: RudyNVTReEngagedOminousPRENBTKV5 and TKV6 ALL OF THEM STUTTER ALL OVER THE PLACE. It's sad I also tried with and without DynDOLOD cause i thought the stutters would reduce, did not work like that. Don't ask me for my logic, I don't know either. Here is my most recent load order: https://docs.google.com/document/u/0/d/1x3k-7OOKQaACmkCMY7P5DPwo6UT-VdZkSdmRF6sQtUQ/mobilebasic (If it says HDT Physics and Physics armors, I disabled them the last time I played, sorry for the mix-up I'll update it the next time I open my laptop) Help Thanks in advance :)
Palek03
I experience the same thing. I have a I5-4690k at 4ghz and a 1060 6gb, and I will get 0.1% lows of 9fps with every enb I try even with 1% lows of 51 fps, but without an enb my 0.1% lows are 59.3 FPS which is nearly the same as my 1% lows (59.6 fps). I attributed it to the GPU being overloaded, but in testing the GPU never passes 91% usage when limiting the frame rate to 50 FPS using Nvidia Profile inspector. CPU shows even lesser usage (41% high) and Ram maxes at 6 gb out of 16 available. None of these tests used anything above 1k textures, and none used Dyndolod. So you are not alone.
