Mavoc
I find it quite difficult to notice the rail signs in game, even when Deacon is trying to point one out to me. Since these signs are their own texture that floats above other surfaces, would it be possible to add a glowing effect to the rail sign similar to what is done in Easy to see Glowing Stuff? robotized
After a little digging, looks like RailRoad signs use the same material file. The most simple way is to enable Emittance setting for this material. ImmortalAbsol
It would be cool if they only glowed with eyewear from Tinker Tom.Like the cappy glasses, possibly also as an upgrade to them. This makes more sense to me than secret communications being illuminated.

This makes more sense to me than secret communications being illuminated. Agreed, but that would increase the complexity from a simple texture override file to being a full mod. I just delayed installing the file until I have met the railroad and treat it like my character now has the situational awareness to see them even if my aging eyes do not. And because it seems my original reply never went through, thanks a bunch for making this robotized.
robotized
Yeah, that would be complex. I have no idea where to even start or if it's possible to do. Lets just leave it as a simple override for now  .You are welcome.
