Is there a way to adjust how many Perk points you get per level?

You mean skill points right?

 

There is a perk i think called Fast Learner or Educated or something, one of them gives you bonus skillups every time you level after you pick that perk.

 

To further increase the skill points given per level, all it would take is looking at that perk script and see how it works, then extract that part that gives bonus skilups.

 

Then prolly just a matter of duplicating that effect somewhere else in your own plugin

No no, I mean is there a way to increase the amount of points you get per level to use buying perks such as Gunnut, Lady Killer, Little Leaguer, etc?

It'd be easier if there were a game setting or global for it, just tweak the number. But the only functions that involve perks require a specific perk to be added or removed.
