HELP PLZ! Can't interact or activate certain NPCs after killin

Sounds like it's either the batch file or Realistic Ragdolls that was causing this. If you care to find out which one, try reinstalling RR and see if it's the culprit. I use RR and have no issue with it, so it shouldn't be cause of this. But I suggested it since it modifies the skeletons for races and creatures and seemed to be the one most likely to affect some creatures but not others.

here is my batch file...

I don't think it would interfere with anything as far as meshes or templates.
And I think you are right about the ragdoll mod.
Now that I have it working, at least for the moment anyway, I will re-install it.,
and see what happens. It's possible that I had a corrupt or orphaned mesh
from a previous installation of the UNP body replacer.

Ok here's a twist..... I uninstalled all my mods, right... and the ragdoll one.... played for a bit without any problems. SO i started to reinstall my mods... double checked them with TES5Edit, like we talked about. And everything seemd to be working fine... SO i decided to use the batch file... and guess what.... It made the dragon at the western watchtower (whiterun) non-lootable. ...durrrrr.....

Well, there you go. I looked at the batch file contents and I don't know why it would be causing some corpses to be unlootable. Draugrs? Weird. But then I almost never use console to edit my characters. Yeah, I was looking at the problem the other way around. Right now it looks like the problem with the unlootable corpses is not the bodies, but with your character (but then, why is it that you can loot some bodies but not others?).

I am curious though, I know some people don't like going through all the stats and skill grinding when they are playing the game for their 'umpteenth' time. since you mentioned you haven't yet completed a playthrough of Skyrim from beginning to finish, why not just play without editing your character stats. Maybe I am glutton for punishment, but I always get bored as soon as my character hits a level where virtually nothing can hurt me except stats boosted dragons from 'Deadly Dragons.' That batch file basically makes your character...well, unstoppable. I am not judging or anything, but doesn't that just kill all the fun?

Well, considering that this is THE only game i've been playing for the past month and a half or two.... even though i have Crysis 3 Digital Deluxe edition, Dead Space 3 Ultimate, BF3 Ultimate, Mass Effect 3 Ultimate... and I don't hardly touch any of them.... This game is more immersive than any of the others, and I enjoy making my own mods for it.

Truth be told, I've been spending more time fixing it than playing it, since the live 1.9 version patch.

But I did make a playthrough where i completed the dawnguard main, the dragonborn main, CW main, and a crapload of side quests. Just have never gotten to the end to see either Ulfric, or Elisif crowned. So it's an ongoing thing, to see about getting all of the daedric artifacts, becoming thane of all 9 holds, oh, and doing the whole BYOH thing.

I guess you could say, i'm addicted to Skyrim. Hands down. :P

Mainly I haven't been able to complete a play through due to hardware issues.

Hardware going bad, drives failing, video card crapping out, stuff like that.

but this new rig I have, is brand new from the ground up except the chasis, and the power supply. It's stable, and it's a monster compared to my last one. So hopefully I'll be able to make a full play through, once I get the game itself stabilized.

Oh, and upgrading my machine so it can handle a TON of other ppls mods, like the ENB stuff, and a lot of the other HD retexturings.

Next month I'm upgrading from dual (nVidia) GTX460s to dual (AMD) Radeon HD 7770s and adding another 16 gb of system ram (completed).
