Disable Shiny Gloss Skyrim LE

Hi,

 

Trust you are well.

I am preparing Skyrim LE for my first playthrough.

Somehow i am not able to like the shiny/glossy look plastered throughout the gameworld.

I have already disabled EOF (teofis) to get rid of the excessive brightness and blur but had no impact on the overly shining ground and building walls. I have also tried using bDoSpecularPass=0 in SkyrimPrefs and Skyrim inis.

Are there any console commands/ini settings to get rid of this look?
