Semi-Random CTDs near to towns and cities

Hey fellas,

 

I've been experiencing this problem for a few days now, and it pretty much cuts off the entire northern half of Skyrim because it just crashes after a few minutes near to Solitude, Dragons bridge and Windhelm. I've got no idea what mod is causing the problem, its all organised with LOOT and there are no dirty plugins. Anyways, here is my load order and specs:

I am unaware of a specific mod that causes this. However, the type of problem you have is usually a bad mesh/texture. Given the locations you describe I can't help but think it might be Majestic Mountains although anything that would alter the appearance of things in the north while leaving those in the south unchanged could do it (for example, changing how snow is handled, the look of the snow fox or frost troll).
