I was thinking, perhaps elements of other armors could be added to guards in much the same way as this mod without loosing their original uniformal militant quality. Some guards wear imperial gloves and boots, perhaps on the guards of solitude someone could add some imperial armor components and perhaps steel to markarth and iron to most others just as in this mod.
