Atarinya Posted July 9, 2017 Share Posted July 9, 2017 using msi afterburner to limit fps (frames per second are not hz) to 59 (one below screen refresh rate to avoid screen tearing) fixed weird water bugs for me.it also fixed weird outdoor mob bugs and improved performance (why? no idea) by a lot. i cannot tell if it helps for you but... it's easy enough to use, run it, run game.. see if it improves.. and close it if you do anything else.Fixed mine aswell Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Monkeyseaker Posted October 13, 2017 Share Posted October 13, 2017 I also had this problem, My screen is 144Hz and did not want to half the actual refresh rate. The solution I found is to limit the frame rate, I have a gtx1060 and chose to use Nvidiaspecture. This allowed me to specificly cap the frames at 59 frames which did solve the issues.
