Frequent crashing within Lucky 38 suit

So to summarize my problem:

- I am often getting immediate crashing as soon as I try to enter the lucky 38 presidential suit.

- I often can't even load saves within the suit, as the game crashes again.

- I originally thought the issue might be with my ILO mod, but even after uninstalling it I still have the same issue.

- The issue may be with EVE (as when I uninstalled it there seemed to be less crashing), but even after I updated it and reinstalled the new version, the crashing seems to still occur.

- I've checked everything with FNVedit, and aside from a few errors in RobCo certified (which apparently don't affect gameplay), everything seems to run smoothly.

- I've also tried optimizing my load order with BOSS too. Here are the mods I'm using:
