Can't load open world help pls :)

Hey guys, i have a problem. I can't enter the open world of skyrim. Whenever i try to enter it from a city(or somewhere else) after the loading screen i just get placed back to where i was before. I can fasttravel to other closed cities or closed places like sky haven temple. I haven't played Skyrim in a while but still downloaded mods and now i wanted to play again because i bought dragonborn but i can't go anywhere.
