Mod Request: Generic Damage/HP modifier

Hi all, I would like to play the game with the following changes:

 

The firearms I fire deal more damage AND/OR the NPCs have less health.

Same for melee and other physical damage types.

 

Basically, I want to be able to kill enemies with 1-2 bullets to the head and few bullets to the torso, instead of having to empty multiple pistol magazine from point blank.

 

And possibly, modify player's HP so that the player (V) himself is a little bit easier to kill too.

 

It shouldn't be that hard to make such a mod anyway.
