haven't I seen this post here before.......

yeah, think we have a few times now, but nobody had an answer.

Only thing I can think of is either the mod not enabled or saved properly, or the placed statics being disabled for some reason. As very little information is provided, and hasn't yet been expanded upon, there's not much else to say.

Is this all in a single .esp, or did you do something like make a .esp with the island, and another .esp with the statics?

Within the .esp which contains the statics, have you tried placing other things, like trees, rocks, containers, NPCs to see if they show up?

Did you, at any time, click "yes to all" when an error pops up? Doing this can usually prevent important errors from being seen.

Did you go back into the CS, with the mod loaded, to make sure that it saved properly and that there are buildings there?

How are you getting to this place with the island? Is it a new worldspace, or is it something added to Tamriel?

Did you use any particularly large scales for some of the statics, in particular, those statics which have a pivot point placed well away from the mesh? Do you have your object fade down, or have you made changes to the .ini which decreases the area loaded?

Do any of the other ruins appear to be affected? Particularly those which make use of the same statics?

Just because you're frustrated with something not working doesn't mean that you shouldn't spend a little of your own time trying various other things to find the extent of the problem (you undoubtedly did spend soem effort figuring out the problem, but you don't mention what you did try). Beating your head against the wall doesn't solve much unless that is the only solution left. With modding, often you need to be willing to try a multitude of different ways of doing things to get past these little problems. Often, it's those little mistakes that ends up causing most of the problems. If something doesn't work, try a few other, similar things to get a better idea of WHY it doesn't work. Throwing your hands in the air, or becoming vulgar out of frustration only ends up making things worse.

ok heres the situation i made the island and put the texture and all and those showed up and i called it island thing.esp and it showed up in data files and it works in the game but now ive been adding the aylied stuff to the island thing.esp and its not added even though i save it... yah i thinki might have clicked yes to all some point but idk, i havent tried rocks or anything like that so far but idk why that would be any different, yes it did save properly, the worldspace is right beside anvil...

Try some rocks, try some building statics. Double check everything I listed above, and answer each one individually, being as concise as possible.

I assume you're using the 1.2 CS and game version?

Try renaming the .esp to not have a space in the name. Or making a new .esp.

Building statics are, well, building statics. They are the pre-made meshes that most of the buildings in the game use. You can find them under 'World Objects - Static - Architecture' in the CS.
