Aggro Brawling

Any brawling encounters will aggro the npcs after a few seconds and any friendly nearby will attack. I'm not sure why, but I do know that Modern Brawl Bug Fix is not a solution. (Some mods come with it)

I've ran the game without any mods and it's okay, but by disabling some mods, it still happens. I don't know which obvious mod/s can cause this.

I did a little more testing and I discovered that when the brawl starts it seems like the player can cheat to end the brawl and get a bounty, but in fact, the player can use weapons without penalty. Uthgerd the Unbroken will at first be unarmed but she will equip her sword no matter if you do nothing or hit her, and you can kill her. Unlike this situation, Mikael will get knocked down and reset. Both of them will aggro any friendlies nearby. Anyone have a clue?

Apparently I was wrong, the Modern Brawl Bug Fix was the solution! After thinking it over, I discovered somewhere that loose files take priority over a bsa, so I extracted the scripts, zipped it, and dragged it into vortex, then started the game. The first thing I realized was that Uthgerd didn't have her sword on her back when starting the brawl, which was followed by the brawl going all the way through! If anyone experiences a similar circumstance then try this method!
