Deleted472477User Posted March 25, 2013 Posted March 25, 2013 It keeps telling me "Access Denied" when I try to save the ini file. I enabled all permissions. I suppose I could use fraps, but I'd rather not. does anyone know how to fix this?
Striker879 Posted March 26, 2013 Posted March 26, 2013 Install the game outside of C:\Program Files (x86).
Hickory Posted March 26, 2013 Posted March 26, 2013 Which ini file are you editing? The ini file inside of the installation folder should not be touched. You should edit oblivion.ini that's in \Documents\My Games\Oblivion\. You should also be aware that taking screenshots in Oblivion with antialiasing enabled does not work. If you want antialiasing, use Fraps for your screenshots.

I don't usually worry about anti-aliasing, but thanks for the advice  ETA: That did it, thanks! Edited March 26, 2013 by nyxalinth
