New Vegas Crashing, Mods

New Vegas has been crashing a lot recently for me, and to be honest i have no idea whether this is a load order issue or not. The most common crashes are freezing when loading, or crashing upon pressing quickload. I am also forced to start a new game and load my save from doc mitchells, as when i press continue, the game stays at the loading screen forever. I am also experiencing lots of texture glitches, as well as the entire world disappearing/turning into the sky for a few seconds. Any help you can give is greatly appreciated. On a slightly unrelated note, my fps is usually in the 30-45 range, which is less than i would expect out of my machine. Using a GTX 670 and 8 gigs ram, i5 3570k @ 3.4. ghz.

My load order is:
FalloutNV.esm
DeadMoney.esm
HonestHearts.esm
OldWorldBlues.esm
Project Nevada - Core.esm
Project Nevada - Cyberware.esp
Project Nevada - Equipment.esm
Project Nevada - Rebalance.esp
MikotoBeauty.esm
NVInteriors_Core.esm
AWorldOfPain(Preview).esm
WeaponModsExpanded.esp
MM-OldWorldBlues.esp
MM-Coordinate-Gun.esp
MM-HonestHearts.esp
MM-InvisibleWallRemover.esp
MM-Main.esp
MikotoBeauty.esp
Readius_NV.esp
EVE FNV - NO DLC.esp
ProjectRealityMklv5HDR.esp
Project Nevada - Old World Blues (No Cyberware).esp
Project Nevada - Dead Money.esp
Project Nevada - Honest Hearts.esp
AWOPDeadMoney.esp
DynamiCamera.esp
SunnyCompanion.esp
pyDoF.esp
Realistic_Repair_NV.esp
Desert Armor.esp
Project Nevada - Desert Armor Patch.esp
The Weapon Mod Menu.esp

I also have NMC's Texture Pack Large installed, as well as an ENB thing.
Oh, and am using archiveinvalidation invalidated, and launching from a 4gb version.
Attached are some screenshots of the textures glitching.

Try using BOSS to optimize your load order, and create a merged patch using FNVEdit.

Also, your missing textures might be something with your ENB. Make sure anti-aliasing and anisotropic filtering are turned off in game and in driver settings. Be sure to disable Water Displacement and Transparency Multisampling as well.
