Creatures will not run away!!!!!!!!

while editing a mod that i had downloaded, Morrowind Fish, i noticed that no matter how hard i try to make the fish flee instead of attacking me, they will attack, ive changed almost every setting, i don't like the idea of alll fish trying to attack me if i touch them, can someone please help, i noticed many other people have had this problem, i have it with many mods, including anything made by CAIT, the horses, fish, farm animals etc... please help, i want the animals to run away when hit changing the flee chance and fight chance never worked

Well, you see, thats in the code of that animal, the fish is normaly supposed to attack you only because that is its settings, some settings just can't be changed, you could try and make a script and have in not attack you, but the fleeing I am not sure. Try playing with scripting and see what you can do. B)
