My character lose IK (Leg and feet not bent when standing on stairs or slope)

Hi my issues are pretty much described in the topic title.

I remembered that in Skyrim SE, when your Char standing on a slope, or on stairs, you would bend your leg and knee so that both feet touched the ground. I think this called foot IK.

But now in my game, I lost this feature. Now my Char just stands on stairs like when she is standing on flat ground. Kind of immersion breaking.

 

If anyone happens to know which mods might cause it please help, thanks! I don't install that many mods currently.
