Not Responding

So I have an issue with Soltsheim.

Two times, I was able to go between skyrim and soltsheim.

Now I cannot get away from soltsheim, skyrim stops responding.

 

I have about 70 mods, but I don't really seem them causing this.

Also have 1.9 patch and All the unofficial patches.

 

Tried fast travel, coc command, did not help.

Mods are clean.

 

Ideas?
