Trying to find a mod

Hey, I haven't been on Dragon Age for quite a long time, but now I'm back and trying to find a mod I used a while back, with no luck.

All I have to go off of is an old screenshot of using it in Toolset.

This tattoo is black around the eyes with yellow markings (minus the "scar", I'd been trying to make my own and failing .c.)

I remember it came with a few hairstyles for the Toolset, almost like a mohawk with tattooed scalp...

 

Any help is greatly appreciated!
