Wanted Scripting Assistance

I am currently working on a unique overhaul of the player home, Vlindrel Hall of Markarth. After finishing the interior of the home and all its features, I decided It needed a more unique touch.
I have several unique features I plan to add into the home, features such as; the ability to "set" the dining table as one would in a real life home before a meal, the ability to harvest a custom soul gem garden adding of course several soul gems to the player inventory and resulting in the garden emptying until respawn. There are several other features both simple and complex I wish to add, however I wish not to give away all the details. Despite my efforts of creating these features on my own or with the inspiration of WillieSea's Leveler's Tower (were intense scripting is prominent) I have had little to no success.

What I am looking for is someone very skilled in Skyrim, Creation Kit, Scripting with enough time and motivation to help me add the features listed above and more to my mod. The best time frame I can give would be 1-2 weeks of dedication depending on effectiveness. Also I happen to have a fair level of experience with modding homes and have recently picked up additional skills with (not too complex) scripting. Also, I am seeking the help of a skilled individual who may help me to alter provided textures. I wish to have another feature, like above where the Dovakiin may "clean" his dishes, therefor I need someone willing to create a dirty dishes texture for me and attach it to a provided mesh. I have absolutely 0 experience with creating textures or Nifscope so I will not be much help. But I simply need the texture described above and perhaps one more.
