Isran in Castle Volkihar.

I posted this in troubleshooting recently and posted it in somebody elses thread in htis board who also seemed to ahve the problem but, whenever I Kill Harkon on the vampire side Garen Merethi shows up as he should but then is followed by Isran who attacks. I also don't gain ownership of Lord Harkon's querters. Here is my load order

I tried installing the Unofficial Dawnguard Patch before initiationg Kindred Judgement but that doesn't seem to ahve worked either. Is there any reliable means to track the scripts that could be leading upt ot his bug or something? Any known fix?
