Tank0123
I just got Free Download Manager, and while it worked quite well for getting Open Office on my computer, it did not work when I attempted to add a URL for a nexus file. I tried several actual; every time resulted in FDM giving me an exactly 15.9 kb file in my downloads folder with no associated program to open it. The reason this is important is because I have a lot of trouble with downloaded files being corrupted or interrupted midway thanks to Bright House internet (sucks, but it's the only available provider in my area it seems); not only that, but these files take an excruciatingly long time to download, which I can understand in some cases (like a file which is several hundred mb), but it just seems to drag on, stutter, and pause abruptly with no rhyme or reason, except maybe to purposely piss me off. The fact that the files often end up corrupt or incomplete is just the cherry on top of this poop cake. Ideas, anyone?
SineWaveDrox
I use the download manager Flashget in combination with the Firefox plugin Flashgot.
Valkyrie
As far as I'm concerned the nexus mod manager is near perfect since the last few updates. No more dropped downloads and the sorting feature rules.
