laborer
I think the Singapore service is having problems as well.I live in Singapore and i'm getting only 2mb/s from singapore as well, as opposed to 6mb/s from paris.Usually my speeds go to 40mb/s on other sites so something is definitely being throttled. BigBizkit
@DaHALOSHOCK sorry to hear you're having download issues. Thanks for following the steps outlined in our troubleshooting guide. Given that your speeds are bad across the board, it might be a strong indication for this being outside of our control, I'm afraid. Please be aware that due to Covid-19 and the lockdown measures in place in many places around the world (and the excess traffic caused by this) many ISPs are now routing traffic through cheap providers with poor quality connections to try and save on bandwidth fees. We have absolutely no control over this. We have not changed our download providers or services in recent times and our service remains the same as it always has. Especially if this is a recent development, it might be down to your ISP and the way they're now routing your traffic. @laborer and @anfedorchuk: If you haven't done so already, please open your own threads providing the information as requested in our troubleshooting guide.
