Dont you ever think that oblivion has a limited armour selection from 1 to around 50 and at level 20 you get the best possible armour and i know you can use mods to get more but to hell with mods im so stupid i cant download them properly i mean there is about 7 sets of main armour and i know im wrong with 7 but w/o and also ther person who sugested MMO that was a good idea take The Dark Messiah for example it has both single player and multiplayer yes i always feel lonley in cyrodil and you could just have mods for single player only, because when you get to around level 35 you basicly the strongest but on multiplayer theres always a good challenge for you instead of killing goblins because you've killed absolutley everything but not allowed to loot bodies and make citys safe zones i mean c'mon the guys right oblivion needs multiplayer but never get rid of single!

If you want multiplayer, then get a game that was designed for multiplayer. The game engine used for Oblivion is not suited to a multiplayer environment. It's been tried with very limited success and LOTS of bugs. Besides, multiplayer means NO MODS. And mods are what make Oblivion great. I know that you have been having problems learning to install mods, but we will get you passed that. Then there are many armor mods that can be added - in multiplayer, you would be stuck with what they give you.

In a multiplayer, YOU are not the hero, you are just one of a bunch of rampant egos trying to get along to accomplish a mission that a hundred other groups are also trying to do. In a single player, you are the hero, and there is a great quest that must be completed. Once a single mission is finished, it can open up something else to do.

Ie. you killed the ogre that was keeping a town hostage. And in his cave you found a journal telling of a great treasure hidden in a remote location. - No that's not from Oblivion, but from an old D&D scenario.

It can get lonely in Cyrodiil, but that's why people make and use companions. And these virtual characters can have a surprising degree of personality considering that they're only software puppets. Once you get the hang of using these and other mods the whole game experience changes. It's well worth persevering, believe me.
