Argonian Skin Tones

Okay I finally started playing the game this week and I just wish there were more Skin tone choices for the reptiles. I was hoping for a prodominatly purple primary skin tone mayble the abliity to make the horns green. If someone has already made a mode with these available then please point me in hte right way. Actually if anyone's added more of the classic D&D dragon types as skin tones (both chromatic and metallic) That would be pretty sweet too. So anyone?

For the skin tones, I recommend Racemenu. It allows a much higher level of customization than the default race menu. One of the images for the file demonstrates this on an Argonian:

I ment the colors to make them argonians look like D&D half dragons. Also your first link seemed broken, it goes to the newly loaded mods thread.

I don't want to use the script extender. I've never had any good experence with any of the other ones for the Fallouts or Oblivion.

With the number of mod authors that are requiring the script extender for their mods, you probably won't be able to avoid it for long (unless you don't use many mods). Nevertheless, if you do prefer to avoid it, then I would recommend going with the mod that StuartSmiles linked to (the first link, the one that doesn't work). It's Extended Sliders, which is the predecessor to Racemenu. It won't allow quite the same range of color options as Racemenu, but I think it will allow you to do what you're wanting to do.
