Actions delayed

Hi, well as the title says, i have some delay with some actions in game, well it goes like this.

First of all, when i kill a dragon it doest give me any soul, and when a fight with dragons begins, mods like "More hotkeys please" got delayed a lot, like i have to wait mins so the game recognizes that i press the hotkeys and so swich the item, spell, skill, etc...

but this happen not only in dragon fight , it delays too (not as much as in dragon fights but still delays) (10 - 20 secs) in normal fights.

this affect not only the hotkeys, but also some spells with secondary effects or spells who needs and action to do their action, like shoot a sec after the same spell i casted before , or protective spells that do dmg or cast spells when i got dmg. All this spells that im using as examples are form mods (Forgotten Magic, Apocalypse) and well those spells should do their actions instantly.

Also mods like lock overhaul got delayed when it have to recognize that i shoot a door or chest with a spell

So, if you had the same issue and found how to fix it, please tell me how to fix it, or what it cause it.

This happens to me when pulling out a sword or swinging it, going into menus, animations. I just gave it up to lag which I have a lot of in Skyrim. Make sure your pc can handle the mods.
