AzirAphale001 Posted January 11, 2009 Share Posted January 11, 2009 That is to do with the textures being in the wrong folders.The pink is due to a missing normal map and the balck is due to a missing texture. Assuming you're using the default textures all you need to do is open the textures.bsa and extract the required textures to the correct folder. Not detailed but it gets the job done.If I'm talking to you as if you're a child then please take no offense from it. dont worry for the way u explain ! im actualy not completly familiar with the CS...this said, i have more question ... from where i open the bsa (in the cs landscape / new landscape texture) ? and how will i know its the correct file to extract ? and where im gonna have to "install" the correct extracted texture ?...once again more detail would be greatly appreciate ! thanks ! ps : i have look around in my mod and nothing appears pink or black... it seem to be only ingame that it show the pink and black problem... In the part of the window where you choose the terrain type it tells you where the textures are. Open the bsa (with a bsa unpacker), sort alphabetically, scroll down to the correct place, extract to the correct folder. That should work. I'll repost as soon as I find out. doe's this action have to be done in each cell that is affected by the problem...becuse like i said i dont know exactly witch cell is the problem, becuse in CS everything looks fine, it's only in game that it show !!!
