Fix N.I.R.A. (remove hacked lines)

How about a mod that uses robotics expert hack to delete the lines the raiders added to this mascot robot to make it more pleasant?

I've detailed this request in a few places, I feel like if you go down the Open Season route, you should be able to restore her.

I feel like the Railroad or Acadia could help.
