Luck of the Drow

How badly does low luck hinder a character? I'm L13 Drow Atronach Sign right now and can solo against one large scamp. Drows start at 30 Luck.

Hi,

have a look at this wiki page on how Luck works in Oblivion. With 45 you're pretty much in the "neutral zone" :)
