I'm thinking of making an energy weapon that has two barrels. It would be automatic and it would switch between barrels with each shot. Alternating between them. Is something like that possible? (There are some other "twin barrel" shot gun mods.) But you would have to create your own animations if you can't find an existing one you can use.
