Random but regular CTDs

[StriderShadowwalker]

As the title says, I keep getting CTDs at seemingly random times. I've tried removing a number of mods that I thought may have been causing the problem (starting a new game each time) but I can't track down the cause. I've currently got 206 ESP/ESMs and 265 light plugins according to Vortex. Load Order:
