Can't talk with some of NPC's

As the tittle is saying i can't talk with some NPC's there's no "Talk to ..." option.

Are you using the sneak tools hood when talking to NPCs? That would prevent you from taking an actions with an NPC, with the exception of fire and sword that is.

Yap looks like you was right.Dark Cowl from Tools of sneaking was preventing me to took with some folks.Anyway thanks for help, equimpent other stuff and it work i can talk normally.

I have Sneak Tools and the same problem... But although I am keeping the mask OFF, in my inventory, I still can't talk to the NPCs!

I even tried to drop it on the floor, but I still couldn't talk to NPCs.

Is there a solution?
