They were retconned into existing and honestly I really don't like how T-51 gets shoved to the floor. Can someone please replace all T-60 power armor sets with T-45. I would do this myself but I seriously have no clue how to replace things in Fo4edit. Thank you so much if you decide to do this, it will make a long time fan of the series real happy.
