dkim0001 Posted January 22, 2021 Share Posted January 22, 2021 Both the Head Start and Compression perks make breach protocol easier to manage, but they require level 18 and 20 Int to get them respectively. Could someone make it so the level req for both is 3 Int please? That way I can start a game with easy breach protocol and not have to invest into Int all the way or at all if I want. I just want an easier breach protocol without using an overlay or android app. Not even sure if this is possible, but would like this if able. Thank you for your time.
