FOMM Load Order and Help

So I'm very inexperienced with using Nexus Mod Manager and Fallout Mod Manager. I've watched many of Gopher's youtube videos and yet I still get incompatibility issues. And for some reason my load order can never stay when I drag files on the list, they always reset when I attempt to open FNV and then the game crashes. There are several files main files in FOMM that are in bold font then the rest are normal. They always get separated when I try to rearrange my order. Here is my order currently and I just have some basic mods. If somebody can help me with how I can get my load order to stay and if anything is out of order or missing please correct me!

i WAS GOING TO MAKE THIS VERY SAME TOPIC when i got off of work today. I know it isn't my rig I know its the load order not the mods itself but i just need help building a stable. Load order. I'm doing 14 hour days I just want to come back my tent! and play fallout without it crashing every hour religiously.

Here is my load Order. The Best Game and Hope .esp are merged patches I created I dont know how to get rid of them I only activate hope 23 at the end of the list (thats what I was old to do to eliminate conflict between mods.)

*update* used BOSS again it switched some suff around got steadier gameplay and quicker load speed but crashed 20 mins in now instead of an hour in
