Or people like Doc Crocker have the wrong voice and it's a female one.*edit* Starting a new game with no mods and no alternate start mods, going to diamond city first, talking to the vendors, and then loading up all my mods at once fixed the problem. At least for now. This isn't a fix for a mid-game problem and I can't believe there isn't a patch out to cover this/any other known fix.
