why the time is stopped, please...?

First, sorry, i don't speak english very well...just few words...My problem is : how i can unblocked time in fallout 3...I play with fallout 3 on pc since i have one (three years), and i have tested since my first installation 500 or more mods and it's the second time i have this problem...the time is stopped ! I can play with my actuals mods but i can't make the story because i'm allways at the same hour, the same day (sunday, and moira is closed !)...after minefield the time has stopped....i will test to send a list of my mods who are actually actives...

The next year, i haved more mods and my game was wonderfull, thanks the nexus team...

(Euh, yes, it's probably six or seven time i reinstalled fallout 3, but it's the best, i think, with oblivion naturally....game of world !)

 

If, my memorie is good, but with the age, i am not sure, i'd have the same problem in new-vegas, but it was the fault to steam who makes me allways updates...
