modded new vegas suddenly wont recognize save data (no save data found)

i can see the save data in my nexus mod profiles but the game wont recognize save data my documents folder with the saves wont stop wont stop giving me a black box in the read only privilege box despite the fact that im an admin and i have tried to use cmd to change the folder i have disabled steam cloud save and dont know what to do.
