Sanctuary buildings blurry from a distance

Hi,

I am wondering if anyone would know what setting I would need to change in order for the blurry buildings in the background to draw less blurry.

 

My rig is:

Win 10

i5-9600

16gig ram

1070 ti (6gig vram)
