lahlah
complete modeling/ modding noob here (save for the fact that i've been enjoying the hard work of you fine modders since morrowind), and i have a question. there've been a few body replacers out there, but it's tough to find ones with different proportions/ phenotypes. i used one in oblivion based on exnem's eyecandy, and was wondering if it was at all possible to translate the model/ texture into fallout. simply trying to swap the .nif's didn't work of course, and i think the hangup is skeletal animations. so, if any of you are up for a challenge, or could offer layman advice, hit me up. thanks much. r4y30n
Bump. I've been wondering about this myself. Both games use the same skeleton, don't they? Of course, if one of these does get ported, we'll need lots of remeshed clothing to go with it...
lahlah
well that's where i'm confused. i'm sure the skeleton's got different deformation points for the new animations, and the dismemberment thing. do the clothing/ armor models in fallout go over the default body mesh or include it in their own mesh?
