How to make custom npcs that use armor from a mod?

So I just found some armor/weapons mods from lord of the ring for skyrim. And want to make some custom npcs that wear the armor and weapons so that I can spawn them in game using console commands.

 

How do I create a custom npc in the CK that use both the weapons and armor from the mods? And allow me to spawn them in game?

I want to make a imperial race with a custom face I design to use one armor

And another one Orc race with the respective armor.

How do I go about doing this?

It's pretty basic. This tutorial walks you through creating an actor: http://www.creationkit.com/Bethesda_Tutorial_Creating_an_Actor . Then you just need to put the armor and sword in the actor's inventory and he/she will use it. Good luck.
