London, England.

And if you mean in MW I have answered before - go search. In a nutshell, I don't. I have a peripatetic existence. What items I collect are set out on the tables, or in cupboards, of the Balmora Mages Guild where I keep a permanent mark until I have the propylon indices when I move it to Caldera (the mark that is, not the items).

Now I have to smack my own wrist for answering.

Ouch!

You know what I always do? Once I get a few items worth keeping but not carrying, I go over to Foryn Gilnith's shack in Seyda Neen (ya know, the guy who you kill for Socius Ergalla (sp) because he murdered the tax collector). It's not exactly the life of luxury, but there is definitely enough room on that table of his (once you take all of the plates and bottles off) to set up an alchemy lab, and place Galbedir's soul gems! :whistling: There is also a chest and two barrels where you can place other items, but I put a lot of stuff on the floor. It's no mansion, but it definitely serves a purpose.

i actually have places of residence. the shop next to the clothier in balmora, dura gra bol's house, r'avirr's tradehouse and the morag tong bar next to the silt strider.

i keep one of every weapon in r'avirr's

my alchemy and enchanting materials in the shop

and the bar contains one of every magic item i could find

dura gra bol's house is my library

however i'm still running out of space. at the moment i've abandoned the actual game so i don't get tempted to contaminate it with mods. so i'm basically running around killing things and taking stuff but it doesn't count right now :shifty:
