LE Have an idea about Atmoran race Roleplaying mod

Hey guys, Firstly, I'm Turkish and sorry for my bad English. This is my first request. I have an idea about Atmoran race for roleplaying. Is it possible to create a mod about it or am I overdreaming?

 

So,

 

First of all, at least this mod requirements Live Another Life.

 

Create an Atmoran race like any races. Select it and go to bed to play. But the character wakes up as Draugr in low level Ancient Nordic Tombs. First stage, normal Draugrs won't attack you because you're a draugr too. You have a lot of hate to all Elven kind because of Night of Tears happened. Maybe a lesser power like Wuuthrad.

 

And when you kill any elven kind, you suck their essence using a spell or something like Essence Extractor from Oghma Infinium item. (This is like a Dark Souls hollow gains souls and restore his or her humanity etc.) But works only on elves. When you gain enough essence, you back to your normal form, Atmoran form. But this time when you enter a Nordic Ruins draugrs attack you, because they don't recognize your form.

 

Greater Power: Old Friends ( Once a day you can make low or high level draugr to your follower for death )

 

Plus Effects:

- Maybe more resistance to cold

- When you killed an Elven kind your stamina regen increased

- When you obtain and equip Ancient Nordic armors and weapons (both of them) your attack and armor rating increased

- You can add more effects if you want

 

Minus Effects:

- Less magicka and magicka resistance maybe

- All Elven kind NPC's makes more damage to you

- You can add more effects if you want
